This entity is responsible for processing your personal data.
Depending on how you use Niders, we may collect:
We use your data to:
Depending on the purpose, we process your data because it is necessary to provide the Service, because we have a legitimate interest, because you have given consent, or because we are legally required to do so.
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Niders is designed to help people connect.
Depending on the features and your settings, other users may see your name, profile photo, selected profile information, activities and participation.
Only share information you are comfortable making visible.
We may share data with trusted service providers that help us operate Niders, such as hosting, authentication, maps, analytics, communications and security providers.
We may also disclose data where required by law or necessary to protect users, Niders or others.
We do not sell your personal data.
We use PostHog, a product analytics service, to understand how Niders is used and to improve it. The data is processed on servers located in the European Union.
We ask for your consent before anything is stored on your device. If you accept, an identifier is stored that lets us recognise your browser across visits, and we may record how you move through the interface so we can find what is confusing or broken.
If you decline, nothing is stored on your device. Your visit is still counted, but only through an anonymous identifier calculated on our provider's servers, which is not linked to you across sessions.
You can change your choice at any time from Cookie Settings in the footer or, if you have an account, from Privacy preferences in your Settings. You will find more details in our Cookie Policy.
Storage that is strictly necessary to run the Service — keeping you signed in, remembering the language you chose, or remembering the choice you just made about analytics — does not require your consent.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we use legally recognised safeguards for these transfers.
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to provide Niders, maintain security, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your data unless we are required or permitted to retain it.
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to certain processing, receive your data in a portable format and withdraw consent.
To exercise your rights:

You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data.
No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Niders is not intended for users below the minimum age permitted by applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our Service, data practices or legal requirements change.
