1. Niders

Niders helps people discover, create and coordinate outdoor sports activities.

Niders is a technology platform. Activities are created and attended by users. We do not organise, supervise or guarantee activities or the behaviour of users.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

You may not impersonate another person, create fraudulent accounts or use Niders for unlawful purposes.

You are responsible for activity through your account.

3. Activities & safety

Outdoor sports and meeting other people involve risks.

You are responsible for deciding whether an activity, location, route and other participants are appropriate and safe for you.

Niders does not guarantee the accuracy of activity information, the safety of locations, the identity of users or that an activity will take place.

Niders is not an emergency service. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services.

4. User content & behaviour

You are responsible for the content and information you share on Niders.

You must not use Niders to:

• harass, threaten or harm others;
• impersonate someone;
• share unlawful or abusive content;
• violate another person's privacy or rights;
• scam, spam or mislead users;
• compromise or disrupt Niders.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risks for users or Niders.

5. Intellectual property

Niders, including its software, design, branding and content provided by us, belongs to or is licensed to Niders.

You may not copy, modify or distribute our Service without permission, except where permitted by law.

6. Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue features of Niders.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niders is not responsible for risks arising from activities, locations, information or interactions between users.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Privacy

Your use of Niders is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law.
